Nabaneetā Dev Sen

Nabaneetā Dev Sen’s novella “Defying Winter” is featured in Five Novellas by Women, along with the work of four other contemporary female Indian authors. With more than seventy publications in India to her name, she has received both the Bangiya Sahitya Parishad literary prize as well as the Padmashri Prize from the President of India.
