Matt Donovan

Matt Donovan is the author of Vellum (Mariner, 2007), which won the 2008 Levis Reading Prize. His poetry or nonfiction have appeared in journals such as Poetry, Black Warrior Review, The Kenyon Review, The Threepenny Review, and Virginia Quarterly Review. He has received a 2011 Rome Fellowship from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, a Pushcart Prize, the recipient of an NEA literature fellowship and a 2010 Whiting Award. He teaches at the College of Santa Fe, where he directs the creative writing department. (updated 10/2012)
