Stewart Patrick is a research associate at the Center on International Cooperation at New York University, where he is also an adjunct professor of political science. He is the co-editor of the forthcoming Multilateralism and U.S. Foreign Policy (Lynne Rienner Publishers, 2001). He will spend 2002 in Washington, D. C., as an International Affairs Fellow of the Council on Foreign Relations. (updated 2001)
