Leaving Earth

Thomas Bolt is the author of a collection of poems, Out of the Woods, published by Yale University Press in 1989. His writing has appeared in BOMB, Southwest Review, AGNI, The Paris Review, The Yale Review, and Italy’s Nuovi Argomenti. He was also awarded the 1993 Rome Prize for Literature by the American Academy of Arts and Letters. (updated 2000)
