Patrick Sylvain is a Haitian-American writer and the author of Butterfly Wings: Zel Papiyon. His poetry has appeared in Ploughshares, The Massachusetts Review, The American Poetry Review, and elsewhere. He currently lives in Massachusetts. (updated 6/2010)
