Linnea Axelsson, a Sámi-Swedish writer born in the province of North Bothnia, published her first novel, Tvillingsmycket, in 2010 and in 2018 won the August Prize for her epic poem Ædnan. She lives in Stockholm. (updated 10/2021)

Saskia Vogel, originally from Los Angeles, is a Swedish-to-English literary translator and the author of the debut novel Permission (Coach House Books, 2019), which has been released in five languages. A PEN Translation Award finalist, she received a 2021 Berlin Senate grant for non-German language literature. (updated 10/2021)
