Field Analyzer

Stephen Cushman is the Robert C. Taylor Professor of American Literature at the University of Virginia, where his students affectionately refer to him as “The Cushmanator.” The author of three collections of poetry and several books of criticism, he received the 1992 All-University Teaching Award, as well as fellowships from the Virginia Center for the Humanities and the American Council of Learned Societies.
