Dilruba Ahmed’s collection, Dhaka Dust (Graywolf Press, 2011), won the Bakeless Prize for poetry. Her poems have appeared in Poetry, Blackbird, AGNI, The American Poetry Review, New England Review, and elsewhere, and have been anthologized in, among other books, Literature: The Human Experience (Bedford/St. Martin’s, 2016) and Indivisible: An Anthology of Contemporary South Asian American Poetry (University of Arkansas Press, 2010).
