Two Faces

Michael Burkard has published nine collections of poetry, most recently Pennsylvania Collection Agency (New Issues, 2001). He is the recipient of a Whiting Writers’ Award, the Poetry Society of America’s Alice Fay di Castagnola Award, and two grants from both the New York Foundation for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
