Meg Tyler is an Assistant Professor of the Humanities at Boston University, where she directs the Boston University Poetry Reading Series. Her book, A Singing Contest: Conventions of Sound in the Poetry of Seamus Heaney, was published by Routledge in the summer of 2005. (updated 6/2010)
