Reflections on Painting (Essay)

Eva Lundsager’s abstract paintings have engaged both the state of the environment and the possibilities of painting. This year she has had solo shows at Praise Shadows Art Gallery in Brookline, Massachusetts, and Talley Dunn Gallery in Dallas, Texas. She has received a Guggenheim Fellowship, and her work is in the collections of the Dallas Art Museum, the St. Louis Art Museum, and the Whanki Foundation in Seoul. (updated 10/2023)
