Durjoy Ghosh, born in India in 1981, is a regular contributor to The Statesman, India’s most esteemed English daily. He has also contributed to journals of literature and philosophy in the United States, such as Rock and Sling, AGNI, Miranda Magazine, Forge, and Pegasus. Ghosh lives with his elderly father in Boral, a village on the outskirts of Calcutta. (updated 5/2009)
