Carl Dennis
Carl Dennis is the author of nine collections of poetry, including the Pulitzer Prize winner Practical Gods (Penguin, 2001), and several books on the craft of writing. In addition to the Pulitzer, he has won awards including a Guggenheim Fellowship and the Ruth Lilly Poetry Prize. (updated 6/2010)
