Tory Dent has two books of poetry, What Silence Equals (Persea Books, 1993) and HIV, Mon Amour, due out in 1999 from Sheep Meadow Press. She is the recipient of many awards, such as the Academy of American Poets James MacLaughlin Award, many major grants, and her work has been featured and anthologized in numerous books and journals.
