Uzma Aslam Khan is the author of five novels, including The Geometry of God (Clockroot/Interlink, 2009), a Kirkus Reviews Best Book of the Year; Thinner Than Skin (Clockroot/Interlink, 2012), winner of the French Embassy Prize for Best Fiction at the Karachi Literature Festival; and most recently, The Miraculous True History of Nomi Ali (Context/Westland [India], 2019), shortlisted for the Tata Literature Live! Best Book of the Year Award and winner of the 2020 UBL Literary Award in English language fiction. Her work has appeared in Granta, The Massachusetts Review, AGNI, Nimrod, The Guardian, and elsewhere. Born in Pakistan, she now makes her home in western Massachusetts. (updated 10/2020)
