Phyllis Barber
Phyllis Barber is the author of seven books: a novel, two collections of short stories, two memoirs, and two children’s books. Her most recent, Raw Edges, was published by University of Nevada Press in 2010. She has taught in the MFA program at Vermont College of Fine Arts for eighteen years and is currently working on a collection of essays based on her search for spirit during a twenty-year hiatus from the religion of her birth—Mormonism.
