Mikhail Iossel

Mikhail Iossel teaches creative writing at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and directs the Summer Literary Seminars international literary program. A Leningrad native, he worked as an electromagnetic engineer and belonged to a circle of samizdat writers before emigrating to the United States in 1986. (updated 2008)
