Liu Bin-Yan

Liu Bin-Yan, one of China’s best known dissident journalists, was a Nieman Fellow at Harvard in 1988-89 and was a writer in-residence at Trinity College in Hartford in 1989-90. His memoir, A Higher Kind of Loyalty, was published in 1990. (updated 1990)
