James Stone was recently awarded the 1988 Robert Fitzgerald Translation Prize by the University Professors Program at Boston University for the “Selected Fragments of Sappho.” He is an instructor of Modern Greek at Boston University and a Master’s candidate in the Creative Writing Program.
