
Husch Josten
Husch Josten studied history and law in her hometown of Cologne, Germany, and in Paris. She worked as a print journalist in Paris and London before writing her first novel, In Sachen Joseph (About Joseph, Berlin University Press, 2011), which was nominated for the Aspekte Literary Award. Her second novel, Das Glck von Frau Pfeiffer (Mrs. Pfeiffer’s Fortune, Berlin U.P., 2012), is now in its fourth printing. “Le Coup de Foudre” appears in Fragen Sie nach Fritz (Ask for Fritz), a collection of stories. Josten’s third novel, Der tadellose Herr Taft (The Impeccable Mr. Taft, Berlin U.P.), is due out in fall 2014. (updated 11/2014)
