Eavan Boland is the author of eleven volumes of poetry, recently including New Collected Poems (W.W. Norton, 2008) and Domestic Violence (W.W. Norton, 2007). She is also the author of several books of essays and criticism, and has been the editor for anthologies including The Making of a Sonnet (W. W.Norton, 2007) and Irish Writers on Irish Writing (Trinity Press, 2007). A book of essays on women and poetry, called A Journey with Two Maps, is forthcoming. (updated 7/2010)
