Christiana Castillo

Christiana Castillo (she/ella) is the author of a chapbook, Crushed Marigold (Flower Press, 2020). Her poems have appeared in Palette Poetry, AGNI, Black Warrior Review, Epiphany, Room, The Pinch, and elsewhere. She has received support for her work from Voices of Our Nations, Disquiet International, and Casa Na Ilha, among others. A Mexican-Brazilian-American poet, educator, cultural worker, and gardener born in Rio de Janeiro and raised in southeastern Michigan, she lives in Nashville, Tennessee. (updated 10/2026)
