Xiang Feng is a Research Professor at the Institute of Foreign Literature at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing. She has been a visiting scholar at Harvard, engaged in research on Virginia Woolf, and is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of English at Brandeis University. (updated 1990)
