Ramón Isao’s stories have appeared in The Iowa Review, Epiphany, Ninth Letter, AGNI, Hobart, Moss, and elsewhere. He has received the Tim McGinnis Award for Fiction as well as fellowships from Artist Trust and Jack Straw Cultural Center. His screenwriting credits include ZMD, Junk, and Dead Body, and he starred in the web series Grow Op. He is fiction editor of New Orleans Review and teaches creative writing at Seattle University and Hugo House. (updated 10/2023)
