Radhiyah Ayobami, born in Brooklyn, writes and workshops with pregnant teens, inmates, and elders. An Africana studies graduate of Brooklyn College and a prose MFA graduate from Mills College in Oakland, she has received honors from the New York Foundation for the Arts and the Sustainable Arts Foundation.
