Matthew Tuckner’s debut collection of poems, The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire, is forthcoming from Four Way Books in fall 2025. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in American Poetry Review, The Adroit Journal, AGNI, Copper Nickel, Colorado Review, Poetry Daily, and elsewhere. He received an MFA from New York University and is currently a PhD candidate in English and creative writing at University of Utah, where he is assistant editor of Quarterly West. (updated 10/2023)
