Frances Minturn Howard (1905–1995) was an American poet and the recipient of the 1957 Reynolds Lyric Award. The author of two collections of poetry and two books about Beacon Hill, her work appeared in such literary journals as The Virginia Quarterly Review, AGNI, Saturday Review, The New Yorker, Poetry Magazine, and elsewhere.
