Bheki Langa is a South African poet and playwright who has been living in exile in the United States since 1965. He is currently an Assistant Professor of English at Howard University and the author of numerous critical essays. His play, Bird of My Luck, has been produced in New York, Boston, Washington D.C., and Amherst, Massachusetts. (updated 1990)
