Margaret Todd Maitland has published essays, book reviews, and interviews with artists in Hungry Mind Review and received a “Notable” citing in The Best American Essays. Her interest in writing about art grew out of her ten years of managing new acquisitions for the Minneapolis Institute of Art. As editor of Ruminator Review, she published interviews and essays by A. S. Byatt, Louise Erdrich, Neil Gaiman, Yoko Ono, Arundhati Roy, and Nobel laureate Wole Soyinka, among others. (updated 10/2024)
