Eliezra Schaffzin has taught writing at Harvard University and the Rhode Island School of Design. Her fiction has appeared in Conjunctions, Salt Hill, and the HarperPerennial anthology Forty Stories, among other publications. She is a recipient of the Calvino Prize, awarded for a work of fiction in the fabulist experimentalist style of Italo Calvino.
