Michael Bazzett

Michael Bazzett is the author of five poetry collections, most recently The Echo Chamber (Milkweed Editions, 2021). The recipient of awards from The Frost Place and the National Endowment for the Arts, he has placed poems in The American Poetry Review, The Threepenny Review, AGNIThe Nation, Granta, and elsewhere. His verse translation of the Mayan creation epic, The Popol Vuh (Milkweed, 2018), was longlisted for the National Translation Award in Poetry and named one of 2018’s best books of poetry by The New York Times.
