Clayton Eshleman has published over sixty books of poetry and translation and contributed over five hundred pieces to magazines. He helped to found the literary magazines Caterpillar and Sulfur, has received awards including a Guggenheim Fellowship, two NEA Fellowships, two fellowships from the National Endowment for the Humanities, and a National Book Award.
