Alexander Stessin

Alexander Stessin has published three volumes of poetry in Russian, English, and French. Born in Moscow in 1978, he immigrated to the United States in 1990, graduated from the University at Buffalo Poetics Program, and later studied twentieth-century French poetry at the Sorbonne. For the past three years, he has served on the editorial board of Interpoezia, an international review of Russian poetry. He also curates a series of multicultural poetry readings in New York City, where he has lived since 2000.
